Complaints Against Colonial Governments, Reports, 1702-1707.

Written during Queen Anne's War there is ample reference in this manuscript to the defense of the colonies, naval stores to be supplied, and the convoy of ships carrying tobacco and other goods from the colonies. The document also discusses the difficulty of getting the proprietary and charter colonies to surrender soverignty to the royal governors.
